Wind turbine has been adopting the way of scheduled maintenance for a long time. This kind of maintenance mode fails to understand the equipment running status completely and timely; and breakdown maintenance takes too long time.

The health diagnosis of wind power equipment is comparing and verifying structural analysis evaluation and actual measured results. In addition to static evaluation, structural analysis also takes the work environment into consideration to implement dynamic evaluation. In addition to the previous frequency and amplitude analysis, equipment measurement result analysis will also take use of IIU original analytical technique to carry out more detailed evaluation.

In order to improve the operation efficiency of wind power equipment, it is the key to find equipment’s abnormal situation early. Combined by comprehensive single point diagnosis (part) and multipoint diagnosis (diagnosis) system, IIU sanity diagnostic through the study of the comprehensive diagnosis of wind power equipment can greatly improve the reliability.
