ECT technique in the detection static machine, heat exchangers and other defects on the surface of the parts is very mature, but is not involved for internal defect depth and defect detection. In order to conquer the defect of ECT, IIU has been committed to deepen the stationary machine diagnosis technology based on electromagnetic phenomena, sparing no efforts to build the evaluation method of defect depth and defect shape.
At present, deepened ECT technique can determine whether the defect depth is below 0.5 ~ 1 mm.
